As a young girl, I never imagined that I would become an advocate for healthful eating and the author of a cookbook focused on sugar- and flour-free recipes.
My journey began when I discovered my own intolerances to sugar and flour, and it led me on a path of culinary exploration and a desire to help others facing the same challenges.
It all started several years ago when I began experiencing frequent bouts of digestive discomfort, fatigue, and headaches. After countless doctor visits and medical tests, it became clear that I had developed intolerances to sugar and flour. This was a daunting revelation for someone who had always loved baking and had a sweet tooth to match.
