Ingredients
  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 70 grams melted dark chocolate
  • 20 grams maple syrup
  • 130 grams dates
  • 150 grams oats
  • 50 grams walnuts
  • 10 grams cocoa powder
Instructions
  1. Place the dates in water to soak for 5 minutes until they become soft.

  2. Pour oats, walnuts ,cocoa powder and dates into a food processor. Blend until fully combined

  3. In a bowl make some melted dark chocolate and the coconut cream using a hand mixture.

  4. Then add the maple syrup into the coconut mixture and blend.

  5. Line a baking dish with baking paper and press the date to mixture into the pan. Press to the edges to form a crust.

  6. Pour coconut mixture over the crust. Set into the fridge, cover for to four hours before serving.
