This milkshake is even better than it sounds – it’s just so unbelievably rich, smooth and creamy!
Has the taste of a normal shake but is packed with goodness!

This milkshake is even better than it sounds -Has the taste of a normal shake but is packed with goodness!

Makes a large glass: Small handful of fresh mint, 1/2 ripe avocado, 1 ripe banana peeled, 1 mug cold almond milk 300ml (bought or homemade), 3 Medjool dates pitted, 2 teaspoon raw cacao powder

Steps:
Pull the mint leaves off their springs and scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin and remove stone.
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Tip:Try adding half an amount of almond milk , so that it's really thick and then pour granola over it for the best breakfast ever.
