Ingredients
    Pine-wow Pops (yields 6 popsicles) VEGAN
  • 1 cup fresh chopped pineapple
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut, unsweetened plus more to garnish
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Creamy Fruit Pops (yields 6 popsicles)
  • 1 cup fresh chopped ripe mango
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped peaches
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream (substitute for coconut milk or full fat yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup milk (unsweetened Almond, soy or coconut milk works fine)
  • 2-3 tablespoons swerve sweetener (Honey, maple syrup, agave or any other sweetener would do)
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • StrawB Pops (Yields 3 cups about 10 -12 fruit popsicles)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled, chopped
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut, unsweetened
  • 1/3 cup protein shakes powder
  • Green Potion (Yields 3 cups about 10 -12 fruit popsicles) VEGAN
  • 2 cups fresh chopped pineapple
  • 2 ripe kiwi, peeled, cut in half
  • 2 cups loosely packed baby spinach
  • 1/2 celery stalk about 5 inches
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • Creamy Coconut Pops (Yields 4-6 Popsicles) VEGAN
  • 1 14 ounce can full fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. 1st Step

    Place all the ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour mixture into Popsicle molds, insert popsicle sticks, cover and freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight until firm. 

  2. 2nd Step
    To unmold- Run the mold under warm water for 10-15 seconds to release the popsicles.
