This frozen yogurt bark featuring honey, homemade granola with nuts and seeds, strawberries, and blueberries is the ultimate sweet snack, dessert, or breakfast for the summer months!

Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) set to fan.
Put the oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, cashews, coconut oil, and honey into a bowl, and mix them very well with a spoon until completely combined.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and then spread the mixture into the pan.
Put the pan in the oven and bake the granola for 15 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and mix the granola with a spoon.
Put the pan back into the oven and bake the granola for another 15 minutes until it is nicely golden.
Lower the oven’s temperature to 100°C (210°F) set to fan, and bake the granola for another 15 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and transfer the granola to a bowl.
Add the goji berries, cranberries, raisins, coconut, salt, and cinnamon, and mix them with the spoon.
Set the granola aside to cool and then store it into a jar.
Store the granola at room temperature for 1 month.
Put the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract into a bowl, and mix them with a spoon until completely combined and smooth.
Line a 28x36 cm baking pan with parchment paper, pour the yogurt cream on it, and spread it with a spoon over the whole surface.
Cut the strawberries into slices and scatter them over the yogurt cream.
Add the blueberries and the granola.
Transfer the pan to the freezer and let the yogurt bark chill well for 1-2 hours.
Remove the pan from the freezer, cut the frozen yogurt bark into irregular pieces, and serve.
