Ingredients
  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 500 grams soy milk
  • 100 grams chickpeas, boiled and drained
  • 150 grams tahini
  • 30 grams cocoa powder
  • 50 grams maple syrup
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. 1st Step

    Peel the bananas, cut them into irregular pieces, and add them into a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and transfer the bowl to the freezer for 2 hours.

  2. 2nd Step

    Put the frozen banana pieces into a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat for 1 minute until there is a smooth and creamy mixture.

  3. 3rd Step

    Serve into glasses.
